We are well and truly on our way into the glorious season of fall (or as some prefer to call it, autumn).
WONDERFALL
To celebrate I have decided to take part in WonderFall- a challenge which consists of weekly drawing prompts themed around Fall.
This week’s prompt was “woodland friends” so I created this cute little interaction between a fox and squirrel collecting acorns together.
I imagine these two are good friends, the kind that hibernate together all winter long because they enjoy each other’s company and have the same affection for acorns.

NEW CHILDREN’S BOOK
Since my last update in July, I have continued to work on various commissions, but the most exciting of them is a new children’s book!
This is turning out to be one of my favourite projects to date and I honestly can’t wait to announce it when the time is right.

CHRISTMAS COMMISSIONS
Is it too early to mention Christmas?
I don’t want to ruin the fall fun, but for those of you who have been thinking about commissioning a piece of artwork as a present for a family member or friend, I will be taking on commissions between now and mid November. I’ve done a lot of portraits, but if you have something else in mind, I am open to any creative ideas you may have!
